The wife bought me a Mr Beer brewing kit for Xmas and I just got around to brewing my first batch. The kit came with a West Coast Pale Ale and its getting bottled tonight. If I have the time, I’ll be starting another batch, a Bewitched Amber Ale.

I have a new equipment kit on the way to move up to 5 gallon batches (Mr Beer is 2.13 gallon). I got it with a Groupon for $62 which is a bargain since it includes a $25 voucher for use on a future product and an ingredients kit (along with all the equipment).
